**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking ***

Great location! This studio condo is at Purgatory Resort and about the same distance as a two block walk to the ski lift and the main Plaza where you will find shops, restaurants ski rentals and more.

Bed Configuration:

This condo is a member-home of the Durango Mountain Club, where guests can enjoy use of the swimming pool, hot tub and fitness center at the ski area base.  Information about access the DMC amenities is provided to guests at time of check-in.

This updated and well-maintained ground-level studio condo includes a full kitchen, cozy living room large sofa, private, off-ground balcony with gas grill and full bath with an interior hallway that leads to the private entrance of the home. 

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning.

This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes.

For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.


Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Cozy condo in Purgatory

The condo was as described and seen. Great place for our family to check out Southwest Colorado. The resort also had lots to offer during the summer. And pool, hot tub and gym access was great for us to unwind.

March Getaway

Pretty much as shown in pictures. Great getaway location for myself and two sons. Not large, but has everything you need for a time away, and Murphy bed folds up easy for more space.

Comfortable accomidations

Our overall stay was good. The Townhomes are with in walking distance to the Resort. The home was clean and in good working order. The was some question about needing a permit for parking, but the management was helpful in solving that.
