Our condo features mountain views from the balcony of this cozy spot with wood burning stove fireplace, ski locker, free parking, full bath and full kitchen. Access to Purgatory pool & fitness center for extra fee. It is a short walk to the ski lift and the main Plaza where you will find shops, restaurants, ski rentals and more. This condo has one flight of stairs leading up to the front door.

This one bedroom condo includes a full kitchen, cozy living room with wood-burning stove fireplace, private balcony and full bath (tub/shower combo). The living room has a Smart TV, the bedroom has a cable TV.

Comfortable one bedroom condo just about 150 yards from the "6-pack" chairlift at Purgatory. 2nd floor unit facing east with great mountain views. For an optional 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. When booking, just advise if you would like the extra 4% resort fee added.

Consistent with most Colorado mountain resorts, the home does not offer air-conditioning.

This building has thin walls and the residents do strictly enforce the 10pm quite time - please be respectful of your neighbors when staying at Purgatory Townhomes.

A 30 minute drive to the south will take guests to historic downtown Durango, Colorado. This condominium is on the San Juan Scenic Skyway, which is an incredibly scenic driving loop that connects Durango, Mancos, Mesa Verde National Park, Telluride, Ouray, Silverton and Purgatory, as well as many fantastic trails for hiking, mountain biking, fly fishing and other Rocky Mountain adventures.

Winter visitors will be in walking distance to the main ski runs at Purgatory while still finding themselves in a quiet condo ‘neighborhood’ with easy access and 24 hour check-in availability. In summer, there is an abundance of hiking, biking and 4x4 trails in the resort itself as well as in the San Juan Mountains which surround the resort area.


Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities.


Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
