Property Note: As part of the authentic mountain experience, please be aware that wildlife is abundant in the area. It's not uncommon to spot local critters such as mice. We take all necessary precautions to keep the cabin clean, but the natural surroundings may bring these small visitors closer than you're used to in an urban setting.

Attention - Winter guests - Please be prepared bring/rent a 4 wheel drive car. The remoteness of this house can create hazardous driving conditions. The roads are plowed, but it is not an instant process. Same with the long driveway for the house. We have contracted to have it cleared after every storm (4 inches or more), but it takes time for them to get it done (up to 24 hours). Please be prepared.

The house has a gas grill on the back deck.

***the backyard is NOT sod, it is natural grass and is mowed every other week.
