Our studio condo with mini kitchen and one full bath is located adjacent to all of the resort amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, and fitness center. It has a full bath, kitchenette with a mini fridge, two stovetop burners, microwave, coffee pot, and toaster. Great views!! High ceilings are a big bonus!

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (rafting trips, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. 4WD recommended in winter.

We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.

A payment of $300 is required to reserve the property at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date, which is when the full reservation payment is due. After the final payment is made, and up to 7 days prior to arrival, the dates of the reservation may be changed without penalty (note the nightly rate might be higher) or 100% of the payment amount can be applied as a credit for a future stay (within 12 months of the booking date). Cancellations or changes to the reservation that result in a shortened stay, which are made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled arrival date, will forfeit the entire reservation amount.

Please Note for Reservations of Less than $300: If the total amount of your reservation is LESS than the $300 described in the Cancellation Policy above, you will ONLY be required to pay the actual reservation amount at the time of booking. This amount is refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made.
