Our completely remodeled, mountain modern studio condo (HighPoint Unit 571) features a fully functional kitchen, one full bath with attractive finishes, and a private deck. It’s situated in a peaceful escape, set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.
King bed, Queen sleeper sofa, smart TV (DirectTV cable plus streaming services Sling, Netflix, Hulu, Peacock, and HBO Max). The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. Gorgeous walk-in shower, washer & dryer in the condo. The deck faces west views of trees, red cliffs, and the golf course.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

At Vacation Rental Collective, we understand the importance of flexibility for travelers when it comes to cancellations. Travelers are subject to the cancellation policy that applies to the specific booking platform where they made their reservation (ex: AirBNB, VRBO, etc). When booking direct with VRC, a non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that are made within 14 days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount, while cancellations made more than 14 days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least 30 nights, the cancellation policy above increases to 60 days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Spacious and clean

Very well appointed and good amenities. Our only complain was the bed and pillows. The pillows were cheap and springy. And there is a huge gap between the headboard and the mattress that the pillows fell between.
If those two things were addressed, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice place for a getaway
We stayed here for 2 nights on our way from Santa Fe to Monument Valley. It's a nice apartment on a quiet park. Washer and dryer came in handy. The pool on the park was nice as well.
We sat on the porch watching hummingbirds all afternoon.

Great place to stay
I was in the Glacier Community area to speak to a builder and stayed in this unit. I have not had a bad experience yet with the Vacation Rental Collective, but this place was especially well maintained and recently updated.
I had a great stay. The balcony has a nice view, and I spent a lot of time out there working on the computer. Better in the morning than the afternoon due to the sun.
There are many great area hikes, especially in the Silverton area. The Valley restaurants for the Glacier community are available to the general public. The Prospector restaurant is very good.
I had a battery warning on one of the remotes for the TV, and a new set of batteries was delivered within 20 minutes.
Dishes, towels, sheets, etc. very clean.
No dishwasher that I could find. Washer and dryer are available in the unit.
