Our completely remodeled, mountain modern studio condo (HighPoint Unit 580) features a fully functional kitchen, one full bath with attractive finishes, and a private deck. It’s situated in a peaceful escape, set amidst arguably the most beautiful scenic valley in Colorado’s San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

Queen bed, sleeper sofa, smart TV. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, stovetop, microwave/convection oven, and dishwasher. Gorgeous walk-in shower. The deck faces west views of trees, red cliffs, and the golf course. There is deck seating and a small electric grill for guest use. WIFI

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Our Favorite Spot!!

We just love this condo. It's perfect for our family & we come back every time we ski in Purgatory. Thank you! The hostess just thinks of everything! The heated pool & hot tub at the club are awesome... staff are awesome. The condo is clean & well stocked.

Very cute condo close to Durango

Extremely cute little condo that was clean and well cared for. Decor was great and there was an excellent tea selection. The bed was super soft which felt great at first but ultimately hurt my back. Another suggestion would be coffee! There was only one days worth of coffee and it was Folgers. It was about a 20 minute drive to durango, and is located on a nice golf course. The view from the back deck is phenomenal! Big smart TV, comfy couch with easy to find blankets, nice big shower with good water pressure, and a restaurant right down the road at the resort if you don’t want to go to Durango for the evening.

Bright, refreshing, clean, and comfortable

I stayed at this condo for a few nights to do some local hiking in the mountains. This place was really great and very well decorated and equipped. Everything appears to be recently renovated (kitchen, bathroom, furniture etc). The bed was very comfortable and the high ceiling gives you a lot of room to breath. It has a nice comfy balcony that faces a mountain and golf course fairway. The kitchen is very well stocked with high quality pots/pans/utensils and plenty of other bonuses too.
