Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom fully remodeled condo (Gambel Oak 745) featuring a fully updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, custom gas fireplace, and private deck. With views of the Glacier golf course. Wifi speeds are appx 100+ mbps. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.
Modern meets rustic in this fabulous newly remodeled condo! Great views from large back deck facing East, quiet end unit location. A few stairs lead up to this 1st floor condo. There are 2 full baths, one with a tub/ shower and the other with large full shower, a large living space with fireplace, gourmet kitchen, and Washer / Dryer in the townhome.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.
ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.
LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.
4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Resort feel , while still private.
Great view made it nice to stay at the unit and not feel like you needed to take a drive to be in the mountains . We loved the workout facility , tennis courts, pool / hot tub, and restaurant that was on site. These amenities made it feel like a resort ! However the staggering of the units back porches didn’t make it feel like you were constantly surrounded by people .

Beautiful Place to Stay

This is a wonderful rental. Beautiful furniture, very comfortable bed, gorgeous view, and plenty of seating. Everything was updated and very nice. We stayed here over Christmas and had a fabulous time. By bringing just a few decorations we had a very homey holiday. The view is beautiful. We watched wild turkeys stroll by each afternoon, but unfortunately never saw any deer from our window. As far as amenities go, this unit has almost anything you need - almost all small appliances for the kitchen (unfortunately no hand mixer) and there was even a DVD player. My only criticism would be that the instructions on how to use the gas fireplace were so complicated that it seemed too scarey for us to use - not just a simple turning of the key to start the gas. The fireplace itself was still beautiful to look at and the heat worked perfectly well, so we were never too cold.

Very nice condo

We stayed for 6 nights in late September and the unit was very comfortable for the 2 of us. It was very clean, king bed was comfortable, has two large bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked and there were beautiful views from the deck.

Views of the 5th Tee and Beautiful Night Sky

Front desk is 24 hour, so key pick up was easy. We arrived at night. Gorgeous view of stars and Milky Way. Kitchen stocked with all gear you need to cook at home. Safe practices at the pool were much appreciated, reservation only and limited to 10 guests. Played a round of golf, and enjoyed this beautiful setting a lot. Great home away from home.

Gorgeous Unit!
This was a great unit- beautofully decorated and clean. However, the fireplace was not working for the entire stay (which was a bummer considering it was so chilly out). The unit could also use a grill on the balcony.
