The living room has all the seating for your movie night with a recliner, chair, and queen sofa bed in front of an electric fireplace. Spread out for meals or games on the dining table with seating for 10. Broil steaks on the electric BBQ. Full kitchen with updated appliances (fridge, icemaker, induction stove with air fry option, microwave, dishwasher) and island with bar stools. Dinner service for 10 and all the cookware, bakeware, and utensils. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender for an easy breakfast before hitting the slopes or the course. Use the KitchenAid mixer to whip up a cake to celebrate. The entry has plenty of room for coats, boots, and clubs.

Upstairs, you’ll have two twin daybeds - one can be a King bed when you pull out the trundle - TV with Roku. LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
