Our one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo (Gambel Oak 777) features a full kitchen and private deck, with views of the Glacier Club’s golf course and unmatched views of the surrounding San Juan Mountains. Wifi speeds are appx 50 mbps. Stairs required to reach condo. Spiral staircase to second floor. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart.

Beautiful condo overlooks the golf course and up to the red cliffs. The king bedroom suite is upstairs in the loft with a TV and full bathroom. There are sliding barn doors that can make the upstairs loft totally private from the living area below. Main level has a queen murphy bed, second full bath, full kitchen with double gas oven, living and dining areas. Great deck with seating and electric grill. Bonus items include wine cooler, game table, 2 TV's, Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps. NEW AC unit and blinds installed May 2024!

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron DO NOT allow pets.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.

Everything needed for a great vacation!

Once we got up all those stairs, the condo was just beautiful. Everything we could have wanted. The bed was very comfortable which is always the key determiner of our satisfaction.

Guests of mature age should take into account there are two flights of stairs from the parking lot and no valet service or elevators to help get your gear up the stairs.

Fun Vacation Spot!

Our condo was very nice and spacious! Our family of 4 did well here. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking tool necessary; we mostly cooked and grilled at the condo. The amenities the complex provides are also spectacular. The gym views are amazing and our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub. Location was nice too- far enough out to see the spacious views of Colorado but close enough to downtown Durango to enjoy the city. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Great Place for our Ski Trip

We stayed here for 5 days with our 2 teenage sons. The townhome was big enough for all of us. Only issue was the oven blew a circuit breaker twice while there, and maintenance was quick to come out and fix for us. The property is older, but well maintained and clean. There is a loft that closes off to below except for the stairs - semi-private.

Beautiful Condo in Fall Colors

We stayed at #777 for 5 weeks. It was amazing. The townhouse was furnished beautifully, and had a work space for my remote husband. We had a few little things pop up, and maintenance was very prompt, and helpful. We used the pool, hot tub, and the restaurants. All were excellent and I highly recommend staying at Tammarron.

Great home, well appointed

Very pleasant stay, we loved the home. Only concerns I had were lack of dedicated unit wifi (didn't show up like the other units) and no a/c during the hot summer days. But this should not deter others from choosing this spacious unit.

Great Stay

This condo is perfect!  Great location in the resort and so comfortable.  The floorplan is perfect for couples or those with a teenager.  The furnishings are clean and comfortable.  Loved the kitchen, high end finishes.  The views from the condo are right on the golf course.  The upstairs master is very spacious and my favorite is that the mast bath had 2 sinks in separate areas, no sharing with my husband which I loved!  I will definitely rent this condo again.  The resort was beautiful and the golf course was amazing.  We were only 15 minutes to town which was very convenient.
