Welcome to Gamble Oaks Unit 783 at Tamarron, your San Juan Mountains retreat. Our 1-bedroom unit features a spacious living and dining area with high ceilings, large windows and gas fireplace. The farmhouse table and modern, fully equipped kitchen are ideal for a meal with guests. If you prefer dining out, there are two on-site restaurants at Tamarron. The cozy and comfortable bedroom has lots of storage drawers and closet space, and there is a lovely full bathroom with a shower, large bathtub and full-sized washer and dryer. The condo has slate floors throughout, vintage farmhouse furnishings and local artwork. Enjoy the private back deck with table, chairs and electric grill. Our guests have free access to the Glacier Club Fitness Center with indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzi, full gym and steam bath/sauna, as well as the tennis and pickle ball courts. You can also play the 18-hole Valley Course for a reduced fee of $160 per round with a cart. There is an EV charging station available for guests in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

ON-SITE AMENITIES INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf, tennis, playground, restaurant & bar, event center. There is also a winter Ski Shuttle offered at set times for our guests to and from Purgatory. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).

Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

Please note, due to HOA regulations, this unit, and all of the units at Tamarron do NOT allow pets.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
