Our two story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo (PineCone 853) features a full kitchen and private deck. Situated in the heart of the pine forest, our unit offering a secluded Colorado Mountain feel. Guests can play the course. Our guests can play the Valley Course at Glacier Club at a discounted rate of $160 per round for 18 holes with a cart. THE FIREPLACE DOES NOT WORK.

A wonderful vacation awaits you at Pinecone 853, our bright and spacious condo in the San Juan National Forest. Put your feet up and relax on the comfy lodge-style furnishings. All beds have memory foam toppers and premium comforters. This condo has extra south facing windows for lots of light and no highway noise. The private deck is surrounded by pine trees with peek-a-boo views of the mountains and a small pond. Downstairs you will find a private queen bedroom with an attached bathroom, the living room, dining area, full kitchen and deck. Upstairs is a large loft with two queen beds, a bathroom, extra vanity area and walk-in closet with full size washer/dryer. The loft closes off with sound insulated folding doors for privacy at night. TV/DVD on each level, I-Pod docking station stereo. We also have games and a nice DVD library. Great WIFI speeds of 100+ mbps.

ON-SITE AMENITIES AT THE LODGE INCLUDE: indoor pool, outdoor heated pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, steam shower, fitness center, golf at a special discounted rate, tennis, pickleball, playground, 3 on-site restaurants, and event center. There is an EV Charging Station available for guest use in the Valley Clubhouse parking lot, adjacent to the Tamarron Lodge.

LOCATION: Tamarron sits at around 7800 feet in elevation and is just 10 minutes south of Purgatory Ski Resort and 20 minutes north of downtown Durango. Many guests stay here to visit Purgatory Ski Resort, which offers a variety of restaurants, winter and summer activities, and festivals/events.

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding, etc) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours, etc) activities.

4WD is recommended in Winter (Dec-Mar).

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer
travel insurance.
