This home is two stories with the living space on the top level and bedrooms on the bottom level.

While relaxing around the fireplace, you are engulfed in a picturesque view of Santa Fe’s landscape that pours through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room extends outdoors into an expansive and beautifully finished deck, which provides even more immersive views, and plenty of opportunity for memorable activities with friends and family.

The primary suite features solid wood floors, a romantic kiva fireplace, an en-suite bathroom finished with Moroccan tiles (repeated in both bathrooms), and a custom-built vanity. Two of the bedrooms feature mountain views that ensure you will start and end your day taking in Santa Fe’s natural beauty. The guest bedroom boasts a charming gas stove for heat and ambiance. The den serves as a TV room, which is perfect for enjoying without distraction. To top it all off, the entire home is decorated with tastefully selected art. The home is a quick drive to all of Santa Fe, but you can also leave your car in the garage or the large driveway and explore Santa Fe’s historic East Side on foot. This combination of features, views, and location is a true rarity, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable Santa Fe experience.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The art work in the house was fantastic. It was clean. Comfortable. Roomy. Cozy. And so fancy! It was a vacation dream.

Airy house in a great location
Spacious open floor plan, with windows on three sides and great views of the Jamez mountains (upper floor). Great place to hang out, and as the house is high up relative to its neighbors, it creates a nice airy space. We kept the windows open and the AC off. 2 really nice bedrooms on the lower floor. Be aware that the 3rd bedroom is tiny - not even enough space for a nightside table or dresser.
Fridge light needs a new bulb, and doesn't appear to have a water hookup (so no ice).

Perfect location, awesome view!
Greatly enjoyed our stay! It’s always a little difficult to tell location surroundings when booking, but this was the perfect, quiet and upscale location within a very short drive to downtown. The view was amazing! Although the property isn’t new, it was in very good condition and very clean. A nice supply of soaps/paper products/towels/etc. were provided. Only small complaint was that mattresses were a bit firm for our liking, but that’s personal preference. Property is a split level with all bedrooms on lower floor, so this may not be the best option for someone with limited mobility. It was perfect for our family!

This property was a perfect place to enjoy all Santa Fe has to offer.
The view was the star of the show...unbelievable! The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Communication with the property management was great. We can’t wait to visit this house again or at least refer it to our family and friends.

What a view!
Stayed here with one couple and two singles and ir worked great. Drinks on the terrace every night before a short 10 minute drive to dinner. Breakfast in each morning, home was comfortable and nicely furnished. Bed were comfortable and bathrooms nicely designed. Great views from terrace and living room. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful Views excellent stay
We had our family use this three bedroom home over the week of the eclipse. We were able to enjoy the huge deck and the large living, dining and ktitchen area. Only issue was very minor the light is out in the refrigerator . Kitchen was well stocked. Good location, clean and well maintained.

Beautiful mountain sunset view

We had never been to Santa Fe before. At first, we thought we wanted to stay near the Plaza, but we were so happy we chose to stay here. Every single night, we were able to watch the sunset over the mountains - an incredible view. It had a great deck to sit on. It was only a short drive to the plaza and anything else in Santa Fe. The bedrooms and a TV room were downstairs. Everything else was upstairs. The pictures represented everything well. I'd stay again!
