2. Sante Fe Santa Con

A unique Sante Fe holiday event is the Sante Fe SantaCon. One of the most anticipated holiday events of the year, this immersive celebration brings together thousands of cheerful Santas, elves, and holiday enthusiasts from all corners of the city. SantaCon 2023 will be bigger and more festive than ever before, spreading merriment throughout the beloved community of Sante Fe. 

This December, the streets of Sante Fe will transform into a vibrant sea of red and white. Participants will don their best Santa suits and holiday-themed garb. This year, the event takes place in the heart of Sante Fe, with various bars, venues, and businesses joining in on the holiday festivities!

3. Canyon Road Farolito Walk

One of Sante Fe’s most anticipated holiday traditions, the Canyon Road Farolito Walk features thousands of people strolling in high spirits along the iconic road on Christmas Eve. Warm up around a small pinon bonfire and sing along to holiday carols for a truly magical and breathtaking all-ages experience. 

This event is also great for anyone traveling to Sante Fe to celebrate the pre-holiday season on a budget. The Canyon Road Farolito Walk is free to all!

Phoenix, Arizona

Phoenix, Arizona, is known for its year-round sunny weather but becomes a delightful winter wonderland in the weeks leading up to the holidays. The city and its surrounding areas offer a variety of activities and winter events that will make your pre-holiday getaway unforgettable!

1. Christmas Bazaar and Craft Fair

Musical performances and other entertainers line the Desert Botanical Garden’s iconic trails for a picture-perfect evening.

3. Trans Siberian Orchestra: The Ghosts of Christmas Eve

The exciting and coveted experience of seeing the Trans Siberian Orchestra will be possible this holiday season in Phoenix! The Trans Siberian Orchestra’s performance, The Ghost of Christmas Eve, features heavy metal, classical music, theater-grade production, and a pyrotechnic/laser light show.
