The stunning mountain scenery makes every outing even more enjoyable. Plus, the area boasts a variety of excellent restaurants and is ideally located for exploring even more incredible places within just a few hours' drive.

    I love Durango's rich and varied food scene, with everything from farm-to-table spots to laid-back breweries. I also really enjoy having four distinct seasons to enjoy all of my favorite sports, including skiing in the winter and hiking to see wildflowers in the summer.

    My absolute favorite activity is paddleboarding on the Animas River. It strikes a perfect balance between relaxation and adventure. Whether I'm exploring the hiking trails around the San Juan Mountains or paddling on Vallecito Reservoir, there's always somewhere beautiful to explore!

    My favorite thing about Durango, Colorado, is the endless opportunities for adventure. I love spending the day rock climbing at X-Rock or the local climbing gym, Gravity Lab. When I’m not on the cliffs, you can find me river surfing on the Animas River. After a day of adrenaline-packed fun, relaxing by the river or grabbing a bite downtown makes the perfect ending. Durango is truly my playground for both climbing and surfing thrills.
