We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Operations Manager to oversee the Santa Fe Collection, which includes properties in Santa Fe, NM, Phoenix, and Scottsdale, AZ. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding guest and homeowner experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations & Guest Relations
• Oversee day-to-day operations for the Santa Fe Collection (including Phoenix and Scottsdale properties).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, guests, and subcontractors.
• Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Respond to and resolve guest issues, dispatching subcontractors when needed.
• Manage reservation adjustments, payments, and vacation planning assistance.
• Vendor & Homeowner Relations
• Cultivate and manage vendor relationships to maintain property quality.
• Act as the liaison for homeowners, assisting them in maximizing their investment.
• Facilitate onboarding for new homeowners interested in joining the VRC program.
• Oversee short-term rental permit renewals in accordance with local regulations.
Revenue & Property Management
• Assist with rate adjustments based on historical market trends.
• Conduct property inspections to enforce VRC’s quality standards.
• Ensure all listings are properly displayed on distribution networks and manage payments.
• Participate in local governing body policy discussions impacting short-term rentals.
• Administrative & Leadership Responsibilities
• Enter and manage bills and financial data in Escapia for month-end close.
• Lead and support team members as applicable.
• Monitor and analyze market trends to optimize business performance.
• Ensure guest reviews, concerns, and disputes are handled professionally.

What We Offer:
💰 Competitive Salary: $72,000 - $85,000 per year

Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in hospitality, vacation rentals, or a similar field.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred (hospitality management, business administration, or a related field).
Experience with booking software and third-party platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, Escapia, etc.).
Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Working Conditions:
This position requires regular work on nights, weekends, and holidays.
Flexibility to handle on-call situations and urgent guest or homeowner concerns.
