I purchased my first investment home in late 2002 in Bend, OR when an opportunity presented itself I had been waiting for. I live full time in Ohio so I needed a property manager and a designer/construction manager to complete the end to end process. After extensive research, I made the decision to partner with VRC to manage the property. Jessica hit the ground running and introduced me to Lisa at Home Front Interiors. After meeting them at the property, I knew I had my team... btween Jess and Lisa, the property was generating revenue before I thought is was possible. We were up and running for peak season! Based upon my experience with my first investment property, I will look for opportunities in the future and Jess and Lisa will be my first call.

The VRC team did an outstanding job working with us to get our unit ready and producing in our first year. The local property manager in Moab, Gloryann, as an excellent communicator both with us and our renters, and quick to answer questions and resolve issues. Having a local partner for and out of state owner is essential.
