Industry experts at this year’s summit forecast global travel trends as we look ahead to 2022 and gave insight on what it means to the short-term rental industry, while other panelists discussed short-term rental regulation trends in Colorado.

The Good Neighbor Summit started in 2019 to bring together short-term rental leaders, hosts, community members, small business leaders, and hospitality professionals to identify solutions and find ways to cooperate.

This year, organizers launched the Mile High Spotlight Awards to recognize members of Colorado’s short-term rental community for excellence in their area of service.
