We had a great time at this condo. It was well stocked and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Vacation Rental Collective was great to work with and easy to get a hold of during our trip. It snowed 8-10 inches while we were there which was beautiful. The fireplace came in handy. The area is very quiet which makes for a very restful vacation. We can’t wait to go back. Downtown Durango is about 25 min away and has great restaurants and bars. Thanks for sharing your lovely condo with us!
Our family has stayed all over Colorado: Winter Park, Steamboat, Breckenridge, Vail, Aspen. This is by far the best accommodations we have ever had! This house and Durango overall is a much better value than the mega resorts and just as nice. We loved it!!
Trip of a Lifetime! First, before talking about the property, let me applaud Vacation Rental Collective for the wonderful customer service they provided in finding a location, scheduling, following up and going above and beyond. Thank you, VRC, you provided truly exceptional service for which we are grateful. We hosted friends from out of state who had never been to this part of the country; we live an hour or so away. Now that it has been several days since our vacation ended, they are still raving about their vacation to everyone they know. They call it a “trip of a lifetime” and rather than planning on a single stay, they now say they will return at least annually and are ready for another week. Durango is a great place, but this townhome is truly extraordinary. The views, the amenities, the lighting, the location and the dreamy beds make for a luxurious visit. If you get the opportunity to come to Durango and stay in this home, you will not regret it. Thank you again and we’ll see you again soon!
We booked this condo 2 days before arriving and Vacation Rental Collective, the property manager, was awesome and helped tremendously with all of our questions since this was our first time using Vrbo. The condo was perfect, clean, comfortable beds and gorgeous views. I highly recommend Durango Premier Vacation Rentals. The complex is just a hub of activity. My children are grown, 24, 21 & 15 and they loved the alpine slide and the ski lift view ride. We did pay the extra amount to use the pool and that would be my only suggestion, it’s not really necessary because there is so much to do in Durango. Do keep in mind that the condo is about 24 miles from downtown Durango, which we didn’t mind at all. It’s a pretty drive to Durango and not far from Silverton, which is a gorgeous drive. We will definitely use VRC again.
My family had a great time and truly enjoyed staying in the townhouse. Very homey, beautiful views of the mountains from both balconies. Vacation Rental Collective was great to deal with. Very helpful. I hope to come back and stay here this winter.
Vacation Rental Collective saved our vacation!! The day we were about to depart I was told by the original cabin we rented from chuck Muir in Vallecito Lake that it was double booked and we did not have a cabin. I messaged VRC and they called me back within 10 minutes with an available cabin at a great rate. The location was perfect, cabin was beautiful with all new dishes, comfortable beds, and a gorgeous deck with a breath taking view! The cabin decor was also beautiful! We will be staying in this area from now on rather than Vallecito! Cabins are newer, right between Silverton and Durango with many lakes surrounding us. Perfect spot!! Thank you VRC!

We came into this totally blind, not knowing what to expect with the house, weather, reaction from the kids and grandkids, it was the absolute best time for all of us! The house is amazing. There were 11 of us, ranging in age from 5 months to 62 years old. We never felt like we were stepping over each other. Vacation Rental Collective was the best, always answering the phone, no matter the day or time of day. We highly recommend their services, this house and Durango. We will be back as soon as we can. It is definitely the place to be for quality family time.
We have stayed in this unit 2 years in a row. It’s in a great location. Easy access to everything from equipment rental, to ticket office, to shops and pizza place and most importantly steps from the lifts! Condo location is perfect when traveling with young kids and you have to help carrying their gear. The unit itself is great. Clean with updated bathrooms. Full kitchen with all you need. Washer and dryer in the unit. It’s small but it’s something, and we used it daily. Elevator access to your condo unit so no carrying equipment up stairs. View of the beautiful mountains from condo. The property management team is awesome to work with. Anything we needed he was just a phone call away and responsive.
I first want to say that Vacation Rental Collective were great!! They not only got us a great rate, they made sure that everything was smooth during the stay. The condo is very nice. Perfect for smaller families. The views aren’t spectacular due to the trees blocking the view of the mountains but overall, still the overall location at Cascade Village is awesome!! It’s nice to be that far into the mountains. Approx 1 mile from Purgatory (formerly Durango Mountain Resort). You’re only 23 miles from Silverton. I recommend this place to anyone.
