This condo is a super place to relax and unwind! The accommodations are excellent, no disappointments here! Nice place to stretch out, read a great book, watch a movie. Nice size balcony to sip your coffee and watch nature…very peaceful and quiet, even with 550 nearby, very quiet! Plenty of room for everyone to have a bit of privacy and room for fido too. Nice, landscaped area for walking the dog, kids can play outside etc.. Vacation Rental Collective is an excellent group to rent from, very easy going and extremely prompt. They were easy to contact via email or phone for questions or problems. I would recommend staying here if your looking for privacy, quietness and relaxation from the touristy downtown area, its definitely worth it!

We always stay in a Vrbo when we go on vacation and I have never been inclined to write a review until now! It’s too bad you can only give a 5 star rating because this place deserves a perfect 10! The property management team is always prompt to reply and are the most on-the-ball property managers I have ever dealt with. They too deserves a perfect 10 rating! This property is even better than the pictures show and the pictures were great! The location was fabulous. Even though it is on the golf course it felt very private because of all the landscaping and mature trees. The owner has kept this place absolutely immaculate, clean freaks rejoice!!. The furnishings, beds, sheets, decor, rugs you name it were top of the line! This is the best stocked home we have ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything and more we could possible need. There were ample cleaning supplies for those of us who like to keep a place tidy! There were plenty of beach towels for the hot tub so you did not have to use the towels from the bathroom. There was wood and fire starter for the fire pit. We had 6 adults and 1 child. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We had ample seating in the living room for watching the olympics and for dinners in and outdoors. This was the best family reunion we have had to date and part of the reason is because this property was a dream to stay in for my entire family! Kudos to the owners and Vacation Rental Collective property management team. We will be back!!!

This is a great condo! The beds were abundant which is what we needed! The condo was clean and cozy, well decorated and easy to find. The entire resort was beautiful and picturesque. Our kiddos (all ten of them) enjoyed the slide at the pool. The fitness center was top notch. There was a band playing in the bar area. We enjoyed it all! Great value and perfect getaway. And the property manager was the best. They made a last minute request seem easy! Thanks!

My husband and I were looking for a budget-friendly place to vacation with our two small children, and this place was perfect. Although the space is small, it was exactly what we were looking for and provided us with a clean place to stay where we could make our own meals when we wanted to.  Our boys loved the activities that were literally just outside the door of our building, and my husband and I loved how close we were to Durango for when we wanted to go to town for an activity.  The property met the description perfectly and was very clean and tidy, and we were not disappointed at all. The condo is quite small (which was advertised), but it was the perfect size for our family who wanted a place to sleep and cook meals before heading out for a day of fun.  The manager provided excellent customer service and was so fast at responding to all of my emails. I don’t think I’ve ever had such incredible customer service when booking any lodging before.  I would recommend this property to others and have already done so multiple times!  My boys loved the pool at the resort (You do have to pay a small extra fee for access to the pool and the gym, but it’s totally worth it.

This vacation rental is perfect for anyone who wants to get away from the crowds and get in touch with nature.  The facility is extremely clean and easily met all of my needs.  I especially enjoyed being able to walk and hike literally right outside my doorstep.  The altitude is also perfect and I experienced no altitude sickness at all.  This is the place to come if you want to enjoy nature but still be able to easily access downtown Durango and the mountains to the north.  The customer service was the best I have ever experienced in a vacation rental.  I will definitely return and have already recommended this vacation rental to several of my co-workers, friends, and family members.

This is a wonderful house on a quiet street just north of the Animas river.  Very easy access to the river trail for biking or walking to downtown.  The house features a great backyard with a nice view of of the river trail and the train which whistles past daily. We put the fire pit and hot tub to regular use.  The house is very open and sunny.  Cooking is easy in the well-stocked kitchen  The entire house is nicely decorated and comfortable.  Great management — we had a few questions and couple of things that needed attending (like more firewood).  The responses were immediate and everything was handled to more than our satisfaction.  This is a perfect place to stay in Durango.

This property was PERFECT!!! We had 3 families (13 people) together ranging in age from 7 to 50. We had ample space to all hang out together but enough space when you needed your own space. The kitchen was beyond stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware … we cooked in every breakfast, lunch and dinner. Beds were comfortable. Each room had its own TV for late night vegging and one giant TV in the loft for night time movies. The ski lifts were literally RIGHT OUT the backdoor. Everyone came and went as they needed throughout the day, so ultimately saved us a lot of $$ lunching and snacking at the townhouse vs. fighting the crowds (which weren’t really bad) at the main lodge. It has a perfect slope for after hours sledding. And Vacation Rental Collective, the property management team, was extremely helpful, prompt and so accommodating to all my requests. We had the best vacation!!

The Vacation Rental Collective team were fantastic and made the stay and the reservation process very easy for all of us. I have 4 kids and there was more than enough room. The kitchen is well stocked, laundry detergent was provided, and you can’t beat the view and location. We enjoyed the board games, books, and firewood that was provided as well!

This house was absolutely perfect for our extended family of 10. The house layout was wonderful. I couldn’t believe that 10 of us (ranging from 2 years old to 62 years old) could stay inside comfortably and cohesively all enjoying separate living spaces- napping, cooking, dining, watching tv… The lake and mountain views were unreal. It snowed lightly almost every morning we were there. We were able to get the kids outside to go sledding almost every day. The private nature of the home’s location really helped facilitate the relaxing family time we were looking to have while we were there. In addition, the property management group was outstanding. They answered a plethora of questions that I had about the property within minutes and was extremely accessible the duration of our stay. If we ever take another family trip to Durango, we would not hesitate to return to this beautiful property!
