The Lindsey family really had a great time during Christmas at the Creek House. The house really worked for us allowing everyone some space and privacy during the week. We all liked the layout and how you have furnished it. The pictures you sent do a good job describing the house. We really used your kitchen because we cooked every meal (except three lunches) there. The second frig was a life saver after our run to Durango to buy supplies for the week. So thanks for the pancake griddle and the extra big pot (we used both several times). We will always have fond memories of Christmas 2009 in Durango and hope to do it again sometime. Thanks also for all your information about eating and shopping. It made our planning easier.

Thank you so tremendously much for offering such an awesome vacation property in Durango (1/5-10/13). The architecture was absolutely gorgeous and the close-range view of mountains on one side and downtown on the other were spectacular and beautiful. I especially loved the plentiful, plush seating availability in the living room for late evening get togethers while snacking from the beautiful kitchen. My favorite room was the sunroom and cascading waterfall.  As the cook of this group, I LOVED the expansive kitchen windows and mountaintop view onto the downtown area. The only suggestion I can make for the kitchen would be to obtain a dining table with a wider floor base so it won’t be so easily tipped as you push upward from it when rising to leave the table. This property truly made this vacation memorable for a lifetime for all of us. We appreciate all of you involved who work to provide such a wonderful experience for good folks.

Awesome Property, Amenities, Location and Services!! My Husband and I and our two dogs stayed at this beautiful mountain house for a week from January 11-18th and it was absolutely awesome. The pictures here do not do this place justice! It is SO MUCH prettier in person! There is plenty of room on the property for kids or pets to run and play in the snow and the property is on an acre and sits a little off the main road so you have plenty of privacy yet aren’t completely secluded. The hot tub is magnificent and was hot and ready upon our arrival. Amenities are exactly as described-complete with firewood, fire starters and matches to enjoy the fantastic fireplace- and we had all of the kitchen utensils, bath towels, linens, and blankets we needed and then some. Tons and tons of windows throughout the house for bird watching or just enjoying the beautiful scenery. The mud room/utility room entry from the side of the house is great for coming in from playing in the snow and we took advantage of having the washer and dryer, which was really nice. The wrap around porch is HUGE with a fantastic view and the BBQ grill is great! This is an awesome place for families or couples. We have rented from Vacation Rental Collective twice now and both times we have been blown away by the quality of the properties and the service they provide. Each time I emailed, both before and during or stay, I received a response within 5-10 minutes from their team-whether it was to ask where something was or asking for advice on things to do, restaurants, etc. they were always prompt about responding and happy to help. We thoroughly enjoyed this house and plan to return on our next trip to Durango!
